Celebrate Mother Nature by immersing in the joy, wonder and beauty of the spruce, pine and pond on a guided Forest Bathing/Shinrin-Yoku walk at peaceful Rock Ledge Ranch. Join Nature & Forest Therapy Guide Jane Scanlon for this sensory based wellness practice rooted in Japan, with invitations for mindful connections to unplug, unwind and deepen your relationship with the natural world. 1/2 - 1 mile. We'll close with tea brewed from local plants

We aim to begin promptly at 10:00! Meet at the Gazebo by the large dirt parking lot on 30th St., adjacent to Rock Ledge Ranch.
Bring a sit pad or stool if you have one, water, snacks if you would like, a small backpack and dress for the weather.
Restrooms available near the trailhead.
