Forest Bathing
Earth Day – John Muir Birthday Forest Bathing Rock
Let's honor the birthday of the great naturalist John Muir (4/21/1838) and Earth Day (4/22) a few days early by immersing in nature's joy and wonder on a Forest Bathing (Shinrin-Yoku) walk. Join Nature & Forest Therapy Guide Jane Scanlon for this sensory based wellness practice with special invitations inspired by Earth Day & Muir for mindful interactions with elements of the natural world at Rock Ledge Ranch. Quiet your thoughts, open your senses & let this peaceful space welcome you in a new way. We'll close with tea brewed from local plants. For more info on Forest Bathing visit Jane at https://www.abovethecloudsforestbathing.com/ .
