Forest Bathing Walk to Celebrate John Muir & Earth Day
Let us honor the birthday of the great naturalist John Muir (4/21/1838) and Earth Day (4/22) by immersing in nature's joy and wonder on a Forest Bathing (“Shinrin-Yoku”) walk! Join Nature & Forest Therapy Guide Jane Scanlon for this wellness wander with simple “invitations” to quiet the mind, open the senses & connect closely with yourself, others, and the natural world, ending with a forest tea ceremony. For more info on Forest Bathing visit Jane at https://www.abovethecloudsforestbathing.com/ .
